Life Does your city have a gang problem?

I think mine does. Why? Is it the recession? Is it boredom? Is it something in the water? Why can be done to prevent gang activity?

Yeah, the mean streets of Marion, Iowa. I think any town of any size has problems with groups that feel they are outcasts. You don't need to live in LA to have gangs.
