#$%%# TOILETS!!!

So tired of the CRAP they sell at Home Depot and Lowes. I am CONSTANTLY fixing shitty toilets with shittier, cheap plastic replacement parts. Flappers that seap, flushmasters that turn themselves on at night, etc. I've probably wasted enough water from the leaking parts to pay for some exotic European model that douches my ass.

Why do we even need a tank on a toilet? All the ones at work come straight out of the wall and they work fine. Who ever designed water to flow upwards anyways? Why don't we have urinals designed in our houses? Why does a house's design have to be some kind of disposable, never-ending project?

I've even gone as far as look for replacement parts directly on the manufacturer's website. But American Standard is crap whether you buy it direct or at the big box store.

So, all in all, does anyone have any better solutions to the age-old act of taking a dump?

Get an older style toilet that uses more water to flush and the problems are solved. I still see them at garage sales, sitting out on curbs to be thrown away, and at thrift stores. Use Fluidmaster innards

I had the same luck, until I bought my first Jacuzzi toilet. Now both of my thunder cups are jucuzzi brand and I have and zero issues. When it comes to thunder cups, it doesn't pay to skimp.

My brand new bathroom has my first jacuzzi brand toilet. Only been using it a couple days but damn it works good.

And it's good looking too, everything hidden.

That's funny, because I just bought a toilet jacuzzi.

Works great because I don't even have to flush

Nice, well if you get low on stank, these two outfits will be glad to help you out!

Don't buy $100 toilets expecting $600 performance. The AS Champion is a nice compromise at about $270. But if you only have $100 to spend the toilet at Costco isn't half bad.
