What the hell do you guys think of this player?

Huge, huge WR with some concentration concerns.

Some folks think he's amazing value, but I can't help but think of Johnny Baldwin.

And I ****ing hate that the draft has been moved to May.

I hate it, too.

The draft, honestly, should just be in March about two weeks after the Senior Bowl.

Can't help but feel like that would decrease pressure on GMs and scouts, and would give coaches more time to work with players.

But not only is the union against that, the league makes too much money off delaying the draft. :/

Honestly, I don't think that a big "jump ball" receiver will work for us. Alex Smith has shown time and again that he throws to guys he trusts when they get open. If you are looking for a WR for us to take, find me the guy that gets the best separation with good hands.

Size and speed be damned.

He has good speed for his size, enough to threaten deep. Concerned about his work ethic though, it was reported that he balooned to 260 pounds his Freshman year? He also has inconsistent hands and isn't very physical given his size. Too big of a bust potential for me to take considering all of the talent that will be available at the same time that he is.

In Jenkins and Avery, the Chiefs have two of the fastest guys in the NFL.

However, if you can't run a route or catch a ball, no defense is going to give a rats ass about your ability to "take the top of the D."

Go ask Jerry Rice or Steve Largent about taking the top of the D.
