You got to go to 20:15, folks. This video is gold for about 5 minutes starting around there.

This is the best football analysis on the internet. So cool hearing DJ and DeVito break down defensive plays. You can tell they both really love re-living it too. |

I remember when Dorsey vastly overpaid for Divito. Heck of a player against the rub tho

So I watched the Matt Cassel breakdown because DJLN referenced it. It's not a bad watch. There are some really nice concepts in there. It has helped (a bit) to soften my hatred for him (In point of fact I hate what he represented not necessarily him - although there were some hateable aspects *grade out perfect*).
But good lord, does that dude do anything naturally? Dude is stiff as a board and is just puking out words as quickly as possible. I get there is a big of that that's necessary as a remote in some broadcasts, but frankly it's abrasive there too. In a longform, it's just a damned tough hang. Contrast that with DJ and DeVito who are super relaxed, look like they're enjoying it, have jokes, toss stuff back and forth, examples, and are much more natural out there. I can see why the dude wasn't a good QB. Surely he's a more natural athlete than speaker, but you can see what happens - at a base level he technically wasn't that bad. He didn't stumble over stuff or have anything wrong other than not being able to pronounce CEH, but he said a lot of stuff.. correctly. But you get a little more advanced and start dealing with feel and flow, and it goes to shit. Much like if a play doesn't go down as chalk, watch the **** out. Nonetheless, I'll probably continue to watch. I don't see any better Chiefs stuff out there. |

“Knowing Chris Jones, that probably wasn’t by design”.
It’s great when it works, not so great when it doesn’t. The nice thing now, is our DL is a lot better equipped to make up for it when CJ95 goes rogue. |

And they mentioned Dontari Poe was the same way. I'd love to hear some Dontari Poe stories.
