And that's squarely on Andy. He's one of the best head coaches ever and I'm glad he's here bringing us championships but most of this teams losses come from a lack of discipline. Yes the WRs have no talent but penalties and mental mistakes have lost games as much as anything else.

Being a players coach ain't getting it done this year.
