Arrowhead Kingdom invades New York City/Jersey

Location:

Similar to other major arenas there are essentially two different parking passes: a Platinum Pass and a Gold Pass. While a parking pass may indicate that you have a specific spot (e.g. Lot Z Row 4 Space 58) a Platinum Pass should allow you to park in any of the Platinum lots and a Gold Pass should allow you to park in any of the Gold lots. To that end, I’m asking everyone with a Gold Pass to park in Lot L in the area I’ve circled red in the map attached. Gathering further away from the stadium should give us the ability to have folks park their cars next to one another to form a Chiefs Cluster without too much stress (we did the same thing for the Chiefs/WFT in 2021 and it worked great). I currently have the following Chiefs heroes offering to help make this happen with their Gold Passes:

Brittany
HL Bishop
Jackson Weems
Jason Risola
Jay Bhargava
Kathleen Malarkey
Mital Patel
Stephanie Bolstridge
A separate email chain will be started with the above individuals (and additional Gold Pass holders we find between now and Sunday) to coordinate where and when our drivers will be getting there, I’ll update the rest of you with the details on that later this weekend.

Start Time:

MetLife’s parking lot opens five hours before the start of the game (so 3:20 P.M. this Sunday). I’m not sure when our first few drivers are planning on getting out there (again, I’ll hopefully have that information to share with all of you before Sunday), but it should be everyone’s goal to get out to MetLife’s parking lot earlier in the day instead of thirty minutes before kickoff. This is a #StrengthInNumbers kind of thing, so please come and help our drivers hold down their real estate as soon as you (reasonably) can.

Transportation to the Stadium:

There’s no easier way to get to MetLife Stadium than the NJ Transit system. For those who want to travel out to the stadium together, it looks like there’s a 4:00 P.M. that leaves from Penn Station and gets to the parking lot in a little over half an hour which is how I’ll be getting out there. A round-trip ticket from Penn costs $11.00 and it looks like there’s an additional $5.00 charge if you wait to make your purchase after boarding the train, so if you wanna go this route then make sure to download the NJ TRANSIT Mobile App where you can easily buy your tickets ahead of time (although those with phones with bad batteries may want to opt to grab a physical ticket at the station, just in case).

What to Bring:

Before anything else I’d like to ask that you please bring a positive attitude with you to the tailgate. This isn’t a place to pick a fight with a Jets fan, you shouldn’t show up planning on getting into a heated political debate with a stranger, and a friendly tailgate is not the place for you to take out whatever is going Hi

Nothing better than being in a shitty parking lot in the middle of a swamp against a team that hasn't won jack shit since 1969 overpaying for everything and getting nothing in return except the dumbest NFL fans in the world from Staten Island, Long Island, Queens, and blue collar towns in northern NJ.

The Jets are to the Giants as
The Raiders are to the 49'ers.

There is no better analogy.

We got a platinum pass for the parking lots and we are coming from PA so it's going to take us over 2 hours but if there's a group of chiefs fans there, I will absolutely swing by any tailgate.

As of right now there are 1100 Chief fans committed to be at the tailgate. They will be there.

This pic was from our Jacksonville tailgate. At least 1100 in this pic. We couldn't get a couple of hundred more to cooperate and get in the pic.

We will absolutely hit this up. We will try to find everyone once we get there.

I'm not going to this one. It's being organized by the DC chapter. We are just helping with getting the word out.

They already have 1100 Chief fans paid. In our experience, Chief fans wait till the last minute to make a decision on attending. That number may double,

Big shout outs to you BigRedChief and everyone else that organizes these trips and events for Chiefs away games. I don't ever go, but whenever I see a ton of Chiefs fans in attendance, I always think its at least due in part to you guys and the effort and culture you put into it.

So y'know, good job.

I have heard this place (for the Jets) is Philly Light in terms of the... hospitality... shown to road fans. Hopefully everyone has a great time.

Jets fans are younger and more aggressive than Giants fans. I've had night and day experiences going to games.

Thanks man. People don’t realize our reach until they see the pics and they go damn…..

We are a decentralized group. Our reach isn’t the 13K in the main groups. We encourage local chapters to have their own group and or website. We now have 112 Chief fan chapters in the USA and in 9 international countries. It builds those friendships locally. People are making real friends at those local chapters. No money involved is also a big deal. No one is making a penny off anything we do.

Add in that Chief fans know us now, we have a reputation as putting on well run events. Fans get what was promised. We had a post reach a million fans last month. Some were bots for sure. But, that’s a lot of sharing.

Y’all could make some extra money by taking photos from these events and selling them to the diabetes and cholesterol medicine marketing companies.

I can agree with this 1000%.....I have made several good friends in our local group...great people with the same love of the Chiefs as me. We are a loud and vocal group which only makes it even more fun (Although I will say that as a fan Will is one of the most rabid I have ever met.)

Anyone who lives near an Arrowhead South fan group who doesn't join and go to the gathering is missing out.

Awesome job in promoting this and keeping Chiefs fans in the loop as they travel to away games!
