Should we have signed RB Ke’Shawn Vaughn to our practice squad?
I wish we would have picked him up.

The Patriots are filling one of their open practice squad spots to replenish their running back depth. The Patriots are expected to sign running back Ke’Shawn Vaughn to their practice squad, a source confirmed. Vaughn, a 2020 third-round pick out of Vanderbilt, was waived by the Buccaneers on Friday. The 5-foot-10, 214-pound back finished his tenure with the Buccaneers with 103 carries for 384 yards with two touchdowns and 14 catches for 81 yards with a touchdown. He was part of the Buccaneers’ Super Bowl LV champions. Vaughn joins running back Kevin Harris on the Patriots’ practice squad. Ezekiel Elliott, JaMycal Hasty and Rhamondre Stevenson are on the 53-man roster, but Stevenson has been out with a high ankle sprain. |

This is one of the worst threads created in a generation of CP's bad threads.
Congrats. You did it! |

TwistedChief and Staylor26 are the two biggest bullies on this site. They make the old KC Star Board seem like a better place. If you don't fan they way they fan, or believe what they believe about the Chiefs and football, they just attack you, call you names, or just attack your intelligence, etc. because apparently they need to always feel like they are important and they know things others are too stupid to understand. Honestly, I have been coming to ChiefsPlanet since 2000, and other than the POS who hid in his hotel room when I confronted him after he said he would smack the shit out of me after I told him to stop talking about my kids (let's just say he hid in his hotel room, and went straight to the airport, went back to his state, and literally stopped posting here) Staylor26 and TwistedChief seem to be the most invested in making other people miserable. If you disagree with the post, MOVE THE **** ON. There was no need or reason for you to insult anyone. Period. But, I guess you needed to feel better about yourself. |

And FWIW, it IS a pretty stupid post. Just sayin'. I mean, are we in DIRE need of a RB? Um...no. So...with everything this team has going on...it's a pretty stupid post.

The 3-11 Patriots are signing a guy to their practice squad who averaged less than 4ypc in his career. And we're a team not really desperately in need of a RB and there's a thread created about how someone is disappointed that we didn't go after this guy. And you think opposing that needs an actual explanation? If you told me this was a receiver, it would be somewhat more defensible but still a reach. Let's flip the script: since you're so defensive here, please explain why you feel that we should've signed this guy and why this thread should exist. Because there are plenty of people who float around on practice squads in positions we're not in need of that we don't start threads about. But we can change that up if you think that would help the overall level of discourse here. |

I’m getting a strong feeling someone’s about to be added to the CP Alpha List!

Our rb depth is thin. Pacheco is hurt. McKinnon is good but he hasn’t been as productive as in the past. CEH had a good game but I have no faith in him. He’s average.. And we are talking about a practice squad spot here. Keshawn was a third round pick and is talented. Watch the videos. He would have been an excellent practice squad addition and him learning the playbook would have been nice in advance of the playoffs in case Pacheco is injured again. I don’t want CEH to be our lead back in the playoffs. That’s a concern to me. If our WRs suck, we need a productive rb to help our offense and meh ain’t it if Pacheco is out.
