Joe Morgan, the Commentator

It is fall once again, and just as sure as the leaves will turn brown, we will have the MLB playoffs in full swing in just a few weeks. Which brings me to my topic. Am I the only one who gets so violently tired of listening to Joe Morgan ramble on and on about baseball fundamentals? I mean, we all know you are a hall of famer Joe. We all know that you were a great ballplayer. But what do you think of the average fan Joe? Are we really that stupid, that we have to listen to you reiterate something that was a good point initially, but through an entire half inning, inbetween pitches, trying to figure out 6 different ways to describe how that Catcher did NOT follow fundamentals and just block the pitch rather than scoop it, borders on the obnoxious.

The dufous that works with him, sets him up to spike that volleyball down over and over again as well. Am I the only one that notices this?

Yeah I am in the same boat as you. I can't stand the way he goes on and on about fundamentals.

ie: Shortstop makes a nice play to get the out. Then Morgan has to say something like "Well that was a nice play but he shoulda…" Hey Morgan he got the out
