I would love to see HiWay 65 end up in Silver and Black. It would say a lot about Robert Gallery.

Green is done. I'm looking forward to the Brodie Croyle era, whether it's a success or not, we'll at least get good draft picks out of it next year.
Kevin Curtis and Napoleon Harris I don't mind, I would like to take a chance on Stallworth though. If we sign Stallworth, take a different direction in the first round, if we sign Curtis I think we should still draft a WR in the first round because Curtis is just a third WR. And if Curtis is signed we should get rid of Dante Hall because he'd be taking his third WR spot with no upgrade in the starting slots. Upgrade at WR this year is a must. As much as Herm doesn't mind, we can't have LJ carry the rock like he did last year. He's probably already done with but we don't know that for sure, history says so anyway.

IMO Curtis is a #2 receiver. He plays well from the slot but he has the ability to flank out and catch 60+ balls... if we have a legitimate QB, anyway.
I'd take a flier on Stallworth but I don't think we will and that's not all that bad. He's got talent but most of his shit outweighs that talent. |

And the band plays on at 1 Arrowhead Drive.
We're looking at signing Harris and maybe Edwards both of which will likely cost nice bucks. We've already signed a LT and we're lookin at spending dollars on a WR. Another 9-7 season with full renewals for season tickets and full attendance on game day. CP knows exactly what's important.

I would rather have us run at Stallworth, i dont see what he did negative in PHI to be honest, other than the hammy injury. Mcnabb to Stallworth was money.

What would you rather us do - nothing?
What I would rather us do is concentrate on the draft. I don't know what McIntosh cost but I'm betting that Harris will cost some bucks. A team going nowhere shouldn't lay out big FA bucks. A team going nowhere should scout college talent and get their ducks in a row for the draft.

Yep, the whole thing of Peterson being interested in Edwards doesn't look like King Carl is embracing the idea of rebuilding.
I have no problem with the McIntosh signing. In fact, I think (on paper) it's a great signing. The Chiefs don't have a LOT and they appear to have signed a good player to a good contract. Lets face it if McIntosh broke the bank his agent would have flapped it to the media and he would be listed next to Davis, Steinbach, Pashos, etc.
