I'd make the Brees trade in your circumstances.

Do you see Donald Driver making any big noise this year? I'm thinking about doing both the Edwards and Brees trade. The only starter I'd be giving up would be the SD defense.

I could really see this kid finishing with about 25-28 TD passes.

I like #3 and I agree #1 is likely a wash.

Through 3 weeks we have scored exactly 6 points in the QB position.
We drafted Brady, Vince Young & Pennington. Pikced up Cassell and have played him long enough to see he might not score much. So....any points from Edwards or any other QB would put us ahead. Since we don't start Driver do you think we would come out ahead with Edwards?

You think you can get by this?

I've got Driver. He's doing pretty well, but not consistently well enough to score points for me (in my league, a receiver must have 100 yards to score 10 points, then 1 point for every 10 yards after that). If Edwards is doing well enough, I don't know if anyone would go for that trade. Depends on your league's scoring. #3 sounds good to me. Doesn't Brees have a WR out right now, though?

Go with #3 and pick up whoever the Chiefs are playing for D each week.
I picked up the mighty Falcons D last week for 24 points. |

Agreed. # 2 or # 3 would both be good.
Felix Jones splits carries with Barber. Ya never know what hes going to do week to week. Warner and Brees are instant fantasy starters.

Yes, but he still throws for 300 yards consistantly each week. They spray the ball around alot. They have a ton of weapons.
Robert Meacham is just now starting to come on strong.

I think I heard that Jeremy Shockey is out for the next 2-4 games as well.
