It logs keystrokes in attempt to steal user sensitive information. Gathered data can be transferred to a remote server. Busboy runs on every Windows startup.

What do I do with this ? AVG, Spybot and Malwarebyte didn't catch it today, at least not yet. AVG is set to run tonight, but if it was bad, it should have found it as it passed my firewall.
