I think this is a bad thing actually. It would have been nice to be able to keep our own players, or at least have a headstart at it.

I guess the following are still restricted free agents as they enter their fourth year after three year contracts?

Battle, Jackie
Carr, Brandon
Cottam, Brad
Cox, Mike
Gilberry, Wallace
Leggett, Maurice
Richardson, Barry

For some reason I'm seeing that Studebaker is an unrestricted free agent.

Wouldn't Bowe become unrestricted since he has served four years after being drafted? Or I guess we could pay him some slotted pay, since he was taken in the first round?

Tamba Hali will be franchised, assuming that still exists, otherwise he is a unrestricted free agent.

Unrestricted young players, probably affected by this as well:

Castille, Tim
Croyle, Brodie
Mays, Corey
Niswanger, Rudy

I initially made the same mistake that you appear to have made.

These guys are restricted free agents, so we really don't need to worry about them getting away this year.

It would be great if we could lock them up long term this year, along with Gilberry, before they hit their unrestricted free agency year next year.
