I don't think WU will fair all that well this year. Lots of injuries, and players lost. Oh well, can't win em all.
WU women should dominate.

Speaking of MIAA Football... Your Bods had better bring it, Saul. The Bearcats are looking for both revenge and playoff advancement.

Sucks I can't be at the game. I thought about going to the WU game instead of the KSU game, but recent events reversed that decision rather quickly. I'll have to call someone for updates.

Yeah, I caught the Mules game against Hannibal-LaGrange. While HLG isn't quite the powerhouse it was when my father went there (HLG was a powerhouse in JuCo in the 50s when Cotton Fitzsimmons was playing there . . . won the JuCo national title), it made for a good warm up game. And, at least, it gave me bragging rights on my Dad for a while. Mules look pretty good, but we'll see. I expect MoWest and Northwest to be tough this year, also. I'm not certain about the Jennies, but I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for them. Good luck in the tournament to all the MIAA teams. Wish we could have made the dance this year. We'll just have to take it out on the conference in Basketball to make up for it.

NW mens basketball was picked 7th in conference pre-season, but looked extremely athletic in thier dominant win Tuesday night over St. Mary's. NW should be right in there til the end if this team pasn out like they look to. CMSU, however, is the hands down favorite. Southwest Baptist gets a lot of love, too, but they're gonna' have to prove themselves to me.
