Electromagnetic Interference?
I'm guessing thats what is causing my home theater speakers, my computer speakers, the overhead speaker in the conference room at work, etc. to fuzz all the time because of my cell phone. I had to switch from Alltel to Cingular because of a move to STL, and ever since everything around me crackles and fuzzes. I HATE IT. I have talked to others that it happens to but it only happens to them when someone tries calling. It happens to me about every 20 minutes regardless if I am getting a call or not. AND ITS VERY LOUD. Does anyone know anything I can do since I am stuck in a 2 year contract with Cingular?

I'd be surprised if your cell phone was causing all of those EMI issues. Very surprised.

Your fillings? I don't know. I'd be more suspicious of your tin-foil hat not being calibrated properly.

I assume that you have tried turning your cell phone completely off? If so, the noise stopped in each location?

When Bob Dole has a visiting guest who has Cingular, the home theater makes periodic buzzing sounds (similar to the sound Bob Dole's PC speakers used to make if his AT&T cell phone was near them).

My roommates' phones do that, but only when there's an incoming call. They have Cingular. I have AT&T and it never does that.

It might have stopped after the merger, I haven't noticed but it used to do it for sure.

my Cingular Phone did that and it was a GSM phone.

Cingular should still have a TDMA phone you can get

but then your stuck to their TDMA Network
