Quite tasty. Not near as peaty as I remembered it being, much smokier too. It's all good. Very very smooth.

Me, I'm just waiting around for my lady so we can go to the office holiday party. I'm not sure if they forgot to plan and everything was booked in December, or if they just wanted to save some $$$$. I'm guessing the later.

I'm waiting for some clothes to dry, then headed to a buddy of mines for a keg party, been awhile since I've been to a house party. We had our "office" Christmas party on Jan 7th, but that's just because the holiday season is kind of crazy in the restaraunt biz, and there really wasn't a good night to close up shop.

I hear you - I did the waiter thing for a good 4-5 years. I do miss the people though - always a wild bunch and the in house parties were a blast.
