Tue, 1 Apr 2008 09:22:41 -0700 Mark Curnutte, of The Cincinnati Enquirer, reports NFL owners voted Tuesday, April 1, to approve a resolution to allow a communication device for a defensive player. Each offensive and defensive team will now be allowed to have one player on the field with a speaker in his helmet. The quarterback wears the speaker for the offense. The defense will now be allowed a speaker, and a backup helmet for another player |
