Ford Jr calls for Millens head

he just made it public, although his father is the owner of the team and really doesn't give a flying poo what anyone else thinks, even his own son.

Just die Ford Sr and Millen, you discraces to the NFL.

Why can't Clark Hunt take notes? Take a little initiative and tell cameras that he thinks we deserve more? It'd be nice.... wishful thinking

There are a lot of teams in this league that would sign Carl.

Financially he's one of the best GM's out there. Good with the Cap etc.

The problem here is that he let his ego get the best of him, players and personnell were effected by that and he let the coaches do pretty much what they wanted to. Especially in late 90's there wasn't really a good foundation set as there was a lot of turnaround and different philosphies then.

I saw it on espn. He said it isn't his call, but if it was, Millen would be gone. He looked like he was about to go into a hulk-like rage.

At least he's not taking something that Millen uses. That's like calling for a normal person's appendix.

Come on now half of those years were pretty good. The Chiefs were winners in the 90's after Peterson arrived. Granted they didn't win the SB but the team stopped being called the chefs shortly after he arrived. The last decade has been a disappointment but that was mainly because the Chiefs couldn't seem to find any good d players during the Vermeil years.

Knowing this outfit, Clark is calling Millen as I type, to become our new GM.

A handful of those years ended in devastating heartache, and the rest just flat out sucked. And "couldn't seem to find any good d players" could also translate as SOME reerun HIRED GREG ROBINSON TO DESTROY THE DEFENSE.

I said it in another thread and ill say it again:

If Carl would have left in 98 with Marty, we would all be looking back on his tenure fondly.

From 89-97, he was one of the best GM's in the NFL.
