He is going to make it that much sweeter when we actually win a game against the Raiders...Though it may be along time.

I'll take him as coach of the Chiefs anytime.

Dax - Would have been fun to toss him a ball at the time and let Willis take him out as well.

No matter how cocky he may be or seem, the Raiders won

I tried to get a Gruuuuuuuu den taunt going in the stands, but it didn't really get past the few people in our section. Then the PA started playing loud music and there was no way it was gonna catch on.

When other teams win, they're coaches act like they were supposed to win...
Gruden jumps up and down like a teenager. Barring everything else I feel about the guy, I think it's unprofessional... I remember Marcus Allen once saying that he thought all the celebrating after a touchdown was bogus. He said, "When I take it to the house, I hand the ball to the official. I want people to know that I was only doing my job. I meant to score." |

I agree that Gruden shows a real lack of class with his celebrating, at times. And, yes, I readily admit that he is a great young coach...but still.
I have NO problem with a coach pumping his fist or throwing his hands up in excitment. But, to dance all over the field, jumping up and down, looking foolish for all of what seemd like five minutes is going a little overboard. And what's more...he did it TWICE! He went nuts after Janakowski made his game-winning field goal, but that wasn't enough. He had to do it AGAIN when Trent threw the ball downfield with seconds left, resulting in an interception. Annoying. |

Whose the toughest team that Oakland has to play? Do they play the Chargers? I just want someone to beat 'em, like they stole money from the bank

Ethyln - The play the Chargers tiwce and the Donx twice, both teams want to kill them and last season the Donx swept them and the Chargers came darn close to beating them with no offense at all.

Okay - The Raiders have always been the "Bad Boyz" of Football. But Darn It - I want someone to blitz the stuffing out of Gannon. How many intentional grounding calls did he not get. Our defense could have stopped that last drive, when Tim Brown caught that pass.
There are many if's, but we're just gonna have to play better. Listen at me saying we, when I don't step foot on the football field.

Ethelyn - It is all part of being a fan, when you want the team to win so bad that it feels like your part of it.
Morphius Realtes with the "we" and wants Gannon hurt badly. |
