Wrong on the teacher's part and she obviously should be disciplined. The overall problem I see though is that a 5 year old should be able to adequately wipe his own ass and not poo his own pants or should be in a different kind of environment/school.

I am on the fence here..

There should be some discipline for the teacher.. But how shitty of a parent do you have to be to keep coming to the school for this problem.. Hopefully the kid gets placed in the correct type of environment..
