Kindle has DUI issues

Top OLB prospect Sergio Kindle crashed his car into a building this weekend at 2:00 a.m. int he morning and left the scene. Apparently hitting a stationary object and leaving the scene may not be a crime in Texas. He has a concussion. He also has a prior DUI arrest. His attorney is claiming that he was texting at the time. Look for his stock to slip in 2010.
