Tommy Tuberville to coach Texas Tech per ESPN

Former Auburn coach Tommy Tuberville will be named the next football coach at Texas Tech, a source close to the search told ESPN.com's Ivan Maisel.
A news conference is scheduled for Sunday. Tuberville's family is flying to Lubbock Saturday night, according to the source.

Ivan Maisel is a senior writer for ESPN.com

He has vowed not to change the offense. Lincoln Riley has Leach's playbook and will keep running the Air Raid. Tuberville is a great front man and will fix a crummy defense. I feel good about the hire. We'll see what happens but I hope I get the last laugh
