Chiefs - Thin at OL?

I didn't pay much attention to the cuts over the weekend. I checked out the official depth chart and it read:

LT Branden Albert
LG Brian Waters
C Rudy Niswanger Casey Wiegmann
RG Ryan Lilja Jon Asamoah
RT Barry Richardson Ryan O'Callaghan

O Callaghan is injured at the moment. KC is going into the season with only 7 healthy OL? If Albert were to get dinged up Monday night and have to take a few plays off, who replaces him?

Three TE's and two FB's, but only 7/8 OL?

I have a feeling that once O'Callaghan comes back....he'll start at RT and they'll consider B Rich to be their "swing tackle". They're going to start Weigmann and Niswanger will be their backup OC and OG.

It's dumb....but that's how I envision it.

I hope so, the offense looked a lot better when Weigmann was at C.

Keep in mind on the 53 man roster only 45 suit up on gameday. You may have already seen KC go into a game w/ only 8 OL players suited up. It'll be more interesting to see KC go w/ only 2 QB's if/when Cassel gets hurt and Croyle has to come in.
