Should every team get a prime time game at least once a season?
17 weeks in the regular season
2 prime time games a week, 3 after Thanksgiving (Thursday's)
32 football teams.


Is it not reasonable to give every team a prime time game, home or away?

I get tired of seeing the same teams over and over on the Sunday\Monday night games.

The Jets, Giants, Dallas, Indy and Chicago have all had more than 1 Sunday or Monday night game. Some more than two. I think including this week the Giants and Dallas are going for their 3rd or 4th appearance already.

I do think they should alternate Thanksgiving games, or maybe even flexing good match-ups.

Like Dallas is something special???? I think them and the Giants have the most prime time games this year.

The NY teams and Dallas are on prime time more than NO who won the ****ing Super Bowl.

I only say this because prime time games sell out, even for bad teams. I think it is good for the fan base, good for ticket sales and it is the pro's, after all. I think every team should be able to play under the lights at least once a year.

I understand not putting the complete crap teams on the prime time games but I am sick of the NFC East bias. Talk about a crap division.

Agreed... That game was horrible to watch because both teams were terrible, and you can't put those shitty teams in a primetime game against a good team either. Watching Jax get blown out 52-3 isn't going to be a fun game to watch either...

Unless they play KC I guess.

So the answer is no...

Unless the Chiefs get 8 primetime games against the league's worst every year.

I think if you look at the entire season, more times than not you have Dallas, NY J's or G's, Minni, Philly. GBay and Chicago on more than any other teams.

The Giants will have their 3rd prime time game this year on Monday night and we are in week 7.

That's a fluke argument though. Any given game can be a blow out. The Jags had just beat Indy 2 weeks prior.
