I changed course after watching these scenes again. My votes:

#1 - Office Space. I like it primarily because of the realism.

#2 - Platoon. Coming in, I figured this would be my #1 scene, but I gotta be honest. It's a little bit too over the top for me. Elias gets shot about 50 times, and then at the end when his arms are raised he's back on his feet again after he'd already gone down. It just seems a little too over the top.

#3 - American Psycho. Interesting scene, but it doesn't wow me. In Round 2, you have to wow me.
