The Most Unhealthy Meals in America

http://guff.com/the-most-unhealthy-m...a-we-think-so/

1 Denny's Fried Cheese Melt

Though it looks like the ultimate comfort food, the numbers are anything but comforting. When served with fries, this dish will cost you 1,260 calories.

2 California Pizza Kitchen's Italian Deli Sandwich

This sandwich has 1,260 calories. That's almost 200 calories more than their famous Original BBQ Chicken pizza. Just like figuring out what to have for dinner in college, pizza wins again.

3 Applebee's Provolone-Stuffed Meatballs with Fettuccine

Though it looks like a light dish, it's anything but. These delicious cheese-filled meatballs served with scrumptious pasta come at a price. That price is 1,510 calories.

4 The Cheesecake Factory's Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake

What's dinner without a little dessert?
Well, at 1,540 calories, make sure you're sharing with a big group.

5 Quizno's Large Tuna Melt

Tuna is normally thought of as a healthy dish…but not here. This sandwich originally racked in at over 2,000 calories, but recently Quizno's "trimmed" it down to 1,750 calories.

6 Carls Jr. Six Dollar Guacamole Bacon Burger

Served with natural cut fries and a 32oz Coke. For the low, low price of $6 you get a high, high 1,810 calories. That's about 301 calories per dollar, giving you a lot of blehhhh for your buck.

7. P.F. Chang's Combo Lo Mein

There's a reason why lo mein is traditionally supposed to be a side dish. When eaten as a meal, like this combo dish, it adds up to 1,968 calories. Lo mein…but not lo calories.

8. BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse Deep Dish Bacon Ranch Pizza

The count? 2,160 calories.
The irony? That's only for their "small."

9. Chili's Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs

It comes with Shiner Rock BBQ sauce, homestyle fries, and cinnamon apples and totals a whopping 2,330 calories.
Furthermore, it has 6,490 mg of sodium…over 4 times the recommended daily amount.
My belt needs a new notch just reading about it.

10. The Cheesecake Factory Bistro Shrimp Pasta

To be fair, the portion sizes at the Cheesecake Factory are particularly huge. Still, if you were to eat the whole thing, you'd be eating 3,120 calories. And that's without taking into account the complimentary bread.

11. Johnny Rockets' Bacon Cheddar Double Cheeseburger

Served with sweet potato fries and a Big Apple Milkshake. You might be thinking, "Oh sweet potato fries! But that's healthier!" Think again. This dish is 3,500 calories.

12. Red Robin's Monster-Sized A.1. Peppercorn Burger

Served with a "Monster" milkshake and bottomless fries, this dish runs at 3,540 calories.
One single dish has almost double the recommended calories for a single day.

I can honestly say I've never eaten anything on that list. Not that I'm Omaha healthy, but all that shit with the exception of the ribs looks nasty.

The Heart Attack Grill in Vegas laughs at the above. Their Quad burger is 8,000 calories. That's before you get an order of fries cooked in lard and a shake made of butter fat cream. 10,000 calories easy. But the good news is if your over 350lbs you eat for free

Back when I was in the Air Force....my buddies and I would go out to the bar and then hit Jack in the Box on the way home. We'd all get the Ultimate Cheeseburger meals and eat them at like 2 in the morning. Found out later that those ****ing things are well over 2200 calories for the meal. No wonder I got put in the fat boy program.
