Bowe remains an afterthought in Cleveland, listed as inactive in four of the team's six games this season. On Wednesday, Browns coach Mike Pettine didn't exactly hint that a Bowe revival was on the way.

"We make that decision each week," Pettine told WKRK-FM of Bowe's inactive status. "We build a plan and see where we are from a depth standpoint. We talk about the minimum position requirements. The top-four guys are entrenched."

Yep, pretty sad.

Our WR group still isn't very good.

Maclin is the only guy that is a legit NFL receiver

Conley is young and has a case of the dropsies

The rest are backups or can't stay healthy

another thing are staff isn't doing very well

I've always said these things are not necessarily cause and effect. It's entirely possible for Alex Smith, the offensive line, and the WR corps to all be terrible. There's plenty of suck to go around.
