Al, for someone that's lost interest in the UFC a bit, and hasn't been keeping up as much, which fights are the must watch fights tonight. Aside from fight pass. I'll watch all of the main card, but what about the FS1 prelims? I'd like to watch Jim Miller fight, but I'm not ordering fight pass for it.

Someone is probably going to sleep in Villante vs Latifi. I like all of the last 4 fights, but the card is kinda top-heavy. A lot of the prelim fights have guys I haven't heard of and are part of the ugly sausage-making process of sifting through prospects to find some contenders. Nunes might get a title shot if she wins.

It seems absurd that Diego Sanchez vs Jim Miller is on fightpass, they are probably trying to sell fightpass subscriptions with that one.

edit: For both Villante and Latifi, 3 out of their 4 last wins were KO's or TKO's.

Yeah...I thought it was odd that Sanchez-Miller was on fight pass. To be honest though, the last few fights I watched from Sanchez, he was really just a punching bag, so no big deal I guess. I'll record the prelims, and skim through them. Thanks.

I'm sure at least one of the prelim fights will be great, so thats probably a good plan. I always regret completely skipping the prelims when they look bad, because something nutty always happens, so these days I usually just have the TV on in the background and keep a casual eye on it.

When the UFC has a great PPV, they usually hold back on the prelims, and when they have a weak PPV, they usually match them up with some great prelims. Its rare to have the whole card great top to bottom.

I know they have the potential to be devastatingly effective, but I have never seen a heel hook work.
