lots of talent still on the board potentially so I'd be for trading back into the top 10 of the 2nd and picking up an equally early 3rd rounder as well to make up for our lost 3rd!

I think we have to have a cb, wr and a og out of this class.

I'd go best wr in 1st (not that many top tier guys this year), then cb in 2nd and og in 3rd.

I think I've been convinced on Jackson.

1. WJIII
2. Apple
3. Lynch
4. Alexander
5. Coleman
6. Whitehair

And really, I'd be disappointed in Whitehair, but given what Guards are signing for now, if you can get a guy that's a potential top 5 G and lock him up cheap for 5 years, you're in pretty damn good shape. It wouldn't be my preferred approach, but it's one that I've talked myself into.

This also ignores the possibility of someone like Lee falling. I could also talk myself into Floyd given the fact that he does kinda look like a Justin Houston clone physically (though he'd have to spend a year or two adding weight to get there, just as Houston did).

I saw more examples of his physicality that allayed concerns I had regarding his frame.

A big part of being a physical corner is a desire to be a physical corner. The old "built like tarzan, plays like Jane" thing doesn't just apply to the grunts. You give me a physical specimen who doesn't want to hit people and there's just about jack and shit that I can do with that. Give me a guy that's a little lean but with a good frame and the desire to hit people and I can add the strength I need to make it work.

And from a pure athleticism standpoint, he has Apple beat by a little. So he gets the nod based on a slightly higher upside. For now.

Yea, I just never got the feeling he was physically incapable (or unwilling) while watching him, so it was never a real concern for me. Glad to see you came around on him.

The speed we'd have at corner with Jackson, Peters, and Gaines would be unreal.

The interception thing doesn't bother me, no.

Alexander and Peters for the next 4 years would be fun

Seeing some of Alexander's 2014 tape where he played more press solidified him as my guy. I'd be just as happy with him or Jackson, but I don't think Jackson make it to us. Alexander definitely could though. I'd even say it's likely.

I took Joseph off because there's no way we go safety at this point. Also, took Lynch off because I don't think there's any chance he makes it to 28. If he gets in the 20's, the Broncos will make a move.

Some guy named Chad Reuter that writes for the NFL has mocked Joshua Garnett (G, Stanford) to us. He also has Denver taking someone named Bronson Kaufusi...

Unless corners are picked over, i just don't see it.

Guard just isn't that big of a need imo

Cornerback (is our first pick if a one is there)
Dline because of the talent in this draft, one might fall
LB (likely to be taken in 2nd round unless we get 3rd back from league)
WR (we need one but i won't ever predict Dorsey to go WR again)
Cornerback (we need a CB that can play this year, drafting 2 wouldn't shock me)
Oline depth (we have several guys that can play multiple positions, swing OT and/or guard)
