I placed a large order with www.fanatics.com on 22 September, and it finally shipped on 24 October and is scheduled to arrive on 1 November. From their Facebook page, it looks like they give the same crappy customer service to everyone.

Per your advice, I will boycott them. I'll note that they also appear to sell Broncos paraphernalia, which is also boycott material even without bad customer service.
