Man arrested for squirting women with semen-filled syringes in Walmart

A West Virginia man admitted to masturbating at least 12 times in public shopping center parking lots, filling syringes with semen and following women into stores while squirting them on the back with the fluids.

Timothy Blake, 28, from Mineral Wells, West Virginia, was arrested on two counts of pandering obscenity, menacing by stalking and sexual imposition, according to a press release by the Washington County Sheriff’s office in Marietta, Ohio.

A woman claimed that a “creepy” man followed her around a Walmart and then informed authorities that she felt something wet on her lower back, an arrest affidavit obtained by CBS News stated.

“The first report came in two months ago [Nov. 2] from a woman who had found this on her bottom and after cleaning it off in the bathroom had walked out to find him waiting and staring at her,” Sheriff Larry Mincks said.

“She said he then took off and she followed him until he got in his truck and left,” he added.

Another report on Dec. 28 followed a similar storyline and authorities were able to track Blake down through security footage, where he was subsequently arrested.

“The insignia on the side of the truck was a very distinct insignia for Yellowjacket Oilfield Services which he works for in the area,” he said. “Then there was another incident this week with a separate woman which added to his description.”

Mincks said that detectives approached Blake and his wife as they were traveling to dinner prior to his arrest. His wife was unaware of Blake’s episodes at the shopping centers, the affidavit said.

“The defendant stated maybe [squirting women with semen-filled syringes were] his way of having sex with these women,” the affidavit also wrote.

Blake is facing two felony and two misdemeanor charges while being held in Washington County Jail without bond until his arraignment.
