Someone on CP last week told me if a db is about lay you out only 1% of WRs make this catch.

if that safety had opened his eyes and been on target, he would/could have laid him out.

Pro WRs have to make that catch, just as pro defenders have to make that tackle.

What a bizarre miss by the rookie. It's not like he had LeVeon Bell running right at him full speed. He had a diminutive WR in the air with his back to him.
