Vote for the person that you think would win this match in a battle to death or submission. As background, assume that prior to the tournament you received 10 minutes of training on every weapon. The time listed is the amount of time before the match where you learn what the weaponry and venue is. All participants are handed their weapons at t=0 unless stated otherwise.

Venue - Classic large yard with occasional trees
Starting Distance - 27 feet

ExtremeChief

Main Weapon - A batman-esque Penguin umbrella that shoots out sleep gas, If you can get within three feet.
Backup Weapon - None

Prep Time - 15 Minutes
Special Factors - On your command and at any time, a herd of wild ostriches will be released and will run across your immediate combat area

Renegade

Main Weapon - Small Ball Peen Hammer
Backup Weapon - Bo Staff

Prep Time - 2 Minutes
Special Factors - You have a "small person" sidekick companion w/ small pocketknife

How many times can ExtremeChief use the sleeping gas? How long does it take for that sleeping gas to take effect?

Seems instant, but for some reason has no effect on henchmen.

It's good for three shots and, as noted, has an instant effect.

Typically a bo staff is 6 feet long so that can keep ExtremeChief far enough away to negate the sleeping gas. Hit him in the head a few times with that staff to made him woozy and send in the little guy to finish him off.
