Watkins dropped an easy 1st down pass...then have a fumble miraculously bounce into a defenders hands allowing for a clear-shot TD return. The mis-handled snap on the FG...then a blocked attempt the next try..

I'm leaving out the bizarre Pennel benching for Ivy....who was cut the following week.

Yeah...about 6 things had to break right for the Titans to win that one. Like the other AFC South losses...the refs heavy-handed the Chiefs in the first half to keep people watching. All those should have been wins...hell, KC had the Texans down 17-3 and getting ready to score again. Refs got the NYC call to make a truly bogus call and pick up their flags. Kelce got tackled on that play...that was 100% NFL corporate chiming in for ratings.

Sorry Titans...NFL/Coca-Cola/Amazon/Apple don't give a flying-shit about a Tannehill SB appearance...let alone an AFCCG slot. Your "luck" was exhausted in keeping every middling team in the post-season hunt. Every other winning team lost that week-end too...amazing how that happened. Mahomes is here to sell products...so until you get a QB that makes people "feel" special about guzzling high-fructose chemical water...you're out of luck.

Reportedly Watson has a bank injury, so maybe if you're resting your QB for health reasons you just go ahead and rest everyone else as well.

Mahomes, Kelce, Clark, Jones, Honey-Badger and Hill should be nowhere near a helmet tomorrow....Chiefs are going to have to play NE and the Ravens.. only difference is the order.

This game doesn't matter...at all.

Start Moore...he's good enough to beat the Chargers at home. If KC loses...so what.

The objective was the SB...not some pointless week 17 game.

This. New england isnt losing at home to Miami. You want to be the best? Got to beat the best. We're going to need all hands on deck for New England and Baltimore.

KC has already played every team they will face...minus the Bills. Buffalo doesn't have the offensive horses to beat KC in KC. NE has lost to three play-off teams.

I think the Titans could beat the Texans then NE...which would be KC's only shot at the AFCCG at Arrowhead. Let Houston have the #3 spot...it's irrelevant.

If it wasn't the 2 seed, I'm sure the chiefs would be resting the starters. If New England lights them up early look for our starters to get benched.

I hope we win today, whether playing starters or not, I will never hope for a loss. Outside of that, I don't care who we play, we have the capability to beat ANY of the teams in the playoffs anywhere.

I do kinda hope the planets align, and everything works out for the Raiders to get in, because it would be extremely fun to get to curb-stomp them a third time this year.

But I also I kinda hope it is the Titans, so we can prove to them that their win over us earlier in the season was a ****in' fluke.

Don't fix what's not broken. Fine tune the offense for the playoffs and take care of business. Bring on the Titans, the Pats, the Ravens, the gods, the devils, and anyone else, we will be ready. This is THE team.
