Car Stereo Problem

I replaced the front speakers in my 2016 Fusion on Thursday, and now I have constant power to my stereo which is killing my battery. The stereo shuts off when I open my door, but is still trickling some power and is able to be turned on even with no key in the ignition. I am also getting some constant white noise in the old speakers. Installed the mids with a factory harness, cut the clips off the tweeters to get those installed.

I am at a total loss here, it is the original head unit and I didn’t touch that at all during the install. I wouldn’t think speaker replacement would cause an issue such as this, but here we are. Anyone have any ideas or experience with this sort of issue?
