I think one of the TE’s on the PS they could also consider trying a game or two activation via standard elevation from the practice squad, just like Powell. Blake Bell is not much of a threat in the pass game. If Bushman or Prince can get open and add even close to what Fortson did that would be a nice 3 TE rotation and they might have more success out of the 3 te sets.

And if they aren’t confident in those skilled position guys on the PS enough to activate them here or there then they need to get others in so they can learn the offense and be ready
