Plane #20 would like to be stationed at Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
We'll hold down the Pacific while drinking beer on the beach with the Navy nurses.

The rest of you guys can fight over those European women that don't shave.

I've got a great beach hat and a flower'd shirt...

If the Pilot is to high to fly....does Iowanian default to captain? The preflight speech will be a little different this time 'round.

Well that's the way I see it. I don't think as Right waist gunner I get to make the call of who flys the plane. I hope you are a good pilot, bottled beer can explode if shaken up too much.

No actually we were on route for the island and radar mistook the Japanese for us.

We would jump on a troop ship but we all get sea sick and there isn't any room for our beer.

But, as luck would have it the Pacific front needs someone to watch it and we were the first ones smart enough to volunteer.
