Fantasy Football GLB Player/GM/Any Help

I just got a team on GLB. I'm the Waterloo Cyclones of Europe East A #2. I really don't know what I'm doing and I'm probably going to **** it up... so any help would be awesome! If someone has GM experience and wants to be mine let me know.

Most of the players on my team are low 20's, and they are all CPU.

I've got a level 16 Left tackle that i'm gonna boost up to 19 when the new season starts. Unfortunately I won't get released from my current team until day 6. The damned owner went MIA

What are you needing help with in particular? I have GM's a couple, but don't seem to have much time for it since the NFL season kicked off. The biggest thing I can say is don't overpay contracts. Try tro research guys before you sign them and make sure they're in it for the long haul.
