They asked him to take a pay cut, he retired, they let him keep his salary so he came back. They promised him a raise if he had a great year, he did, and they asked him to take another pay cut.

He also said he had some good dirt on Marty, presumably things we don't already know.

I can't imagine anyone more irrelevent to the 2004 Kansas City Chiefs than Mark Collins. Why doesn't he just go away?

Football is business. He's a fool if he believed their "promise" that they would reward him if he had a good year. He should have asked for incentives instead of the promise.
