The following trades have effected the draft order:

Corey Williams to Cleveland for a R2 pick.

Shaun Rogers to Cleveland for a R3 pick.

Kris Jenkins to the Jets for a R3 pick.

Marcus Stroud to the Bills for a R3 pick.

Redskins to Broncos. The Washington Redskins traded their fourth-round selection in 2008, and their third-round selection in 2007 (used to select Ryan Harris) to the Denver Broncos as part of a three-team trade in which Washington received T.J. Duckett and Atlanta received Ashley Lelie. (This was the result of a formula which could have had Denver and Washington swapping 2007 first-round selections.)

Saints to Jets. The Saints traded their fourth-round selection in 2008 to the Jets, for Jonathan Vilma.

Jets to Panthers. The New York Jets traded their third-round and fifth-round selections to the Carolina Panthers in a deal that sent Kris Jenkins to New York.

Dolphins to Chiefs. Miami (conditionally) traded its fifth-round selection in 2008 to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for Trent Green. The selection would have become a fourth-round selection if Green had met certain performance criteria.

Bears to Bills. Chicago (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Buffalo in exchange for Darwin Walker. The round of the selection may change, depending on Walker's playing time.

Panthers to Bears. The Carolina Panthers traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Chicago in exchange for Chris Harris.

Raiders to Broncos. Oakland (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Denver in exchange for Gerard Warren.

Bills to Jaguars The Buffalo Bills traded a 3rd and 5th round selection to the Jacksonville Jaguars in return for DT Marcus Stroud.

Seahawks to Browns. The Seattle Seahawks traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Cleveland in exchange for Charlie Frye.[24]

Packers to Giants. The Green Bay Packers traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the New York Giants in exchange for running back Ryan Grant.

Broncos to Rams. Denver traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the St. Louis Rams for defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy.[26] The trade occurred after the Broncos had tried to trade the same pick to Miami for defensive tackle Dan Wilkinson; that trade was voided.

Browns to Eagles. Cleveland traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for center Hank Fraley. The trade was conditional on games started by Fraley, and could have fallen to a seventh-round pick, but Fraley started all 16 games.

Cowboys/Dolphins swap. The teams swapped their sixth-round selections in a trade involving Jason Ferguson.

Jaguars to Vikings. Jacksonville traded their sixth-round selection for Troy Williamson.

Texans to Broncos. Houston traded their sixth-round pick for Chris Myers.

Steelers to Falcons. The Pittsburgh Steelers traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Atlanta for kick/punt returner Allen Rossum.

Seahawks to Eagles. Seattle traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for fullback Josh Parry.

Eagles to Bills. Philadelphia traded their seventh-round selection in 2008, and defensive tackle Darwin Walker, to Buffalo for linebacker Takeo Spikes and quarterback Kelly Holcomb.

Rams to Vikings. St. Louis traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Minnesota for offensive tackle Adam Goldberg.

Giants to Chiefs. The New York Giants traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Kansas City for kicker Lawrence Tynes.

Vikings to Jets. Minnesota traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to the Jets in exchange for Brooks Bollinger.

Bengals to Rams. Cincinnati traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to St. Louis in exchange for Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Oakland Raiders - B+ (ChiefsCountry)

This won't be a great Draft for the Raiders this year, and it's not CC's fault. The Raiders have traded half their picks away, including now their 2nd rounder. ChiefsCountry shows Oakland the err of their ways by having a killer two rounds that include one of the top two prospects in this entire Draft at #4 overall, and in the second round acquire the best DT in this Draft outside of the Big Two.

That's a brilliant start to the Draft, and really there's a lot of flair in this lineup. The DL is massively upgraded, Lavelle Hawkins adds in a little X-factor, Dennis Dixon can evolve into a great backup or open up the Raiders to play some tricks on offense, and there's even a bizarre reach in Geoff Schwartz. Because the Raiders will only pick up four players this year, and because Schwartz was such a weird pick, I can't grade this as an A, but I'll get as close as possible.

Its the 7th rd so its time for a sleeper. A QB with this guy's size and mobility is worth a late flier IMO.

San Fransisco 49ers - C+ (bsp4444/chiefscafan)

At the end of the day, you can't say the 49ers' Draft lacks character. Calais Campbell? Colt Brennan? A 5'7", 170 lb. midget with one of the strangest college careers I've heard of? That's the 49ers Draft, and it's a head scratcher.

You can't argue with James Hardy or Adarius Bowman, which is probably the best WR tandem to emerge for any team in this Draft. Gooden in the third was solid value as well... but then you get to all these weirdos. Campbell was a beast who last we heard was 20 pounds overweight during Draft season, Colt Brennan in the 6th who's been everybody's favorite disappointment. Foster makes sense as a pure kick returner, but he's going to need about 20 lbs to avoid getting destroyed in the NFL.

Mr Flopnuts and I have discussed ad nauseum already how much I disliked his first two picks -- mainly because I dislike McKelvin in the top ten, and I think Flacco is going to be a big bust. All that is old hat, because while he did a little to rectify himself in the last two rounds, I just didn't like the Grecco pick either.

I thought that OT was drastically overvalued in this mock by a lot of teams, and I believe the Ravens fell victim to it too. Grecco's a good guy and unlike a host of OTs in the middle of the Draft, he won't have to move in to OG. But this is a guy who made his living in Toledo and I'm a small school skeptic. It wasn't a bad pick per se, I just thought the Ravens could have used help elsewhere.

I disliked what the Lions did on the second day a lot. I felt there was a better TE or two on the board when Finley was drafted, I felt that Nick Hayden was late round talent, not mid-round talent, and O'Hara was purely a pet pick, not a pick that makes sense strategically, value-wise, or even sensible. After BigRock's perfect first day, only Griffin in the 6th made any sort of sense.

It's impossible to complain about the first day -- well, it's possible I suppose. The Lions have a gigantic hole in their D left by Shaun Rogers and they desperately needed a talented NT or two. They've acquired none. But Ray Rice and Wheeler were brilliant picks in the third, as was Clady in the first. Flowers was a great pick at the time, but since then he's become a gigantic character concern.

I have a feeling no one is gonna like my picks for either team but I took alot of no name guys but I did my homework so I feel comfortable on my draft.

I appreciate the compliment on the late round picks Direckshun. Time will tell on Flacco, but if I had that pick to do over again, I would. I'm getting higher on Matt Ryan and lower on Joe Flacco everyday. I'd probably rethink their first round pick as well, although not sure if I'd change it.

The Rams select LBer, from Nebraska, Steve Octavien. Ocatvien is a beast. He enjoys knocking people on their ass and his unbridled enthusiasm seems to be infectious. Ocatvien has had health issues in the past, but his skill level is tremendous-he seems to have a nose for the ball.

QB Dennis Dixon This won't be a great Draft for the Raiders this year, and it's not CC's fault. The Raiders have traded half their picks away, including now their 2nd rounder. ChiefsCountry shows Oakland the err of their ways by having a killer two rounds that include one of the top two prospects in this entire Draft at #4 overall, and in the second round acquire the best DT in this Draft outside of the Big Two. That's a brilliant start to the Draft, and really there's a lot of flair in this lineup. The DL is massively upgraded, Lavelle Hawkins adds in a little X-factor, Dennis Dixon can evolve into a great backup or open up the Raiders to play some tricks on offense, and there's even a bizarre reach in Geoff Schwartz. Because the Raiders will only pick up four players this year, and because Schwartz was such a weird pick, I can't grade this as an A, but I'll get as close as possible.

WR Adarius Bowman 6. QB Colt Brennan 7. WR Jayson Foster At the end of the day, you can't say the 49ers' Draft lacks character. Calais Campbell? Colt Brennan? A 5'7", 170 lb. midget with one of the strangest college careers I've heard of? That's the 49ers Draft, and it's a head scratcher. You can't argue with James Hardy or Adarius Bowman, which is probably the best WR tandem to emerge for any team in this Draft. Gooden in the third was solid value as well... but then you get to all these weirdos. Campbell was a beast who last we heard was 20 pounds overweight during Draft season, Colt Brennan in the 6th who's been everybody's favorite disappointment. Foster makes sense as a pure kick returner, but he's going to need about 20 lbs to avoid getting destroyed in the NFL. Baltimore Ravens - C- (Mr Flopnuts) 1. CB Leodis McKelvin 2. QB Joe Flacco 4. OT John Grecco 6. WR DJ Hall 7. RB Justin Forsett Mr Flopnuts and I have discussed ad nauseum already how much I disliked his first two picks -- mainly because I dislike McKelvin in the top ten, and I think Flacco is going to be a big bust. All that is old hat, because while he did a little to rectify himself in the last two rounds, I just didn't like the Grecco pick either. I thought that OT was drastically overvalued in this mock by a lot of teams, and I believe the Ravens fell victim to it too. Grecco's a good guy and unlike a host of OTs in the middle of the Draft, he won't have to move in to OG. But this is a guy who made his living in Toledo and I'm a small school skeptic. It wasn't a bad pick per se, I just thought the Ravens could have used help elsewhere. Detroit Lions - C+ (BigRock/Archie Bunker) 1. OT Ryan Clady 2. CB Brandon Flowers 3. MLB Philip Wheeler 3. RB Ray Rice 4. TE Jeremichael Finley 5. DT Nick Hayden 6. FS Marcus Griffin 7. QB Ryan O'Hara I disliked what the Lions did on the second day a lot. I felt there was a better TE or two on the board when Finley was drafted, I felt that Nick Hayden was late round talent, not mid-round talent, and O'Hara was purely a pet pick, not a pick that makes sense strategically, value-wise, or even sensible. After BigRock's perfect first day, only Griffin in the 6th made any sort of sense. It's impossible to complain about the first day -- well, it's possible I suppose. The Lions have a gigantic hole in their D left by Shaun Rogers and they desperately needed a talented NT or two. They've acquired none. But Ray Rice and Wheeler were brilliant picks in the third, as was Clady in the first. Flowers was a great pick at the time, but since then he's become a gigantic character concern.
