The following trades have effected the draft order:

Corey Williams to Cleveland for a R2 pick.

Shaun Rogers to Cleveland for a R3 pick.

Kris Jenkins to the Jets for a R3 pick.

Marcus Stroud to the Bills for a R3 pick.

Redskins to Broncos. The Washington Redskins traded their fourth-round selection in 2008, and their third-round selection in 2007 (used to select Ryan Harris) to the Denver Broncos as part of a three-team trade in which Washington received T.J. Duckett and Atlanta received Ashley Lelie. (This was the result of a formula which could have had Denver and Washington swapping 2007 first-round selections.)

Saints to Jets. The Saints traded their fourth-round selection in 2008 to the Jets, for Jonathan Vilma.

Jets to Panthers. The New York Jets traded their third-round and fifth-round selections to the Carolina Panthers in a deal that sent Kris Jenkins to New York.

Dolphins to Chiefs. Miami (conditionally) traded its fifth-round selection in 2008 to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for Trent Green. The selection would have become a fourth-round selection if Green had met certain performance criteria.

Bears to Bills. Chicago (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Buffalo in exchange for Darwin Walker. The round of the selection may change, depending on Walker's playing time.

Panthers to Bears. The Carolina Panthers traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Chicago in exchange for Chris Harris.

Raiders to Broncos. Oakland (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Denver in exchange for Gerard Warren.

Bills to Jaguars The Buffalo Bills traded a 3rd and 5th round selection to the Jacksonville Jaguars in return for DT Marcus Stroud.

Seahawks to Browns. The Seattle Seahawks traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Cleveland in exchange for Charlie Frye.[24]

Packers to Giants. The Green Bay Packers traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the New York Giants in exchange for running back Ryan Grant.

Broncos to Rams. Denver traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the St. Louis Rams for defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy.[26] The trade occurred after the Broncos had tried to trade the same pick to Miami for defensive tackle Dan Wilkinson; that trade was voided.

Browns to Eagles. Cleveland traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for center Hank Fraley. The trade was conditional on games started by Fraley, and could have fallen to a seventh-round pick, but Fraley started all 16 games.

Cowboys/Dolphins swap. The teams swapped their sixth-round selections in a trade involving Jason Ferguson.

Jaguars to Vikings. Jacksonville traded their sixth-round selection for Troy Williamson.

Texans to Broncos. Houston traded their sixth-round pick for Chris Myers.

Steelers to Falcons. The Pittsburgh Steelers traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Atlanta for kick/punt returner Allen Rossum.

Seahawks to Eagles. Seattle traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for fullback Josh Parry.

Eagles to Bills. Philadelphia traded their seventh-round selection in 2008, and defensive tackle Darwin Walker, to Buffalo for linebacker Takeo Spikes and quarterback Kelly Holcomb.

Rams to Vikings. St. Louis traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Minnesota for offensive tackle Adam Goldberg.

Giants to Chiefs. The New York Giants traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Kansas City for kicker Lawrence Tynes.

Vikings to Jets. Minnesota traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to the Jets in exchange for Brooks Bollinger.

Bengals to Rams. Cincinnati traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to St. Louis in exchange for Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Sorry for holding up the draft people, damn time zones. Anyway like people have been saying the QB for the vikes is horrible. If the could fuse Josh Johnson and Jackson they would be set. Woodson has the ability to be a very good QB but runs hot and cold and needs work taking snaps from under center. Both Johnson and Woodson need work before being labeled NFL starting QB's but in the end Woodson gets the nod because he is the most ready now. 73rd Pick Andre' Woodson QB University of Kentucky

The panthers are estatic. They took a gamble on chris johnson and were worried the guy they wanted wouldn't be there but the gamble paid off.

with their second pick in the third round the panthers select

DT Dre Moore from Maryland

reason just as direkshun said panthers are great at developing dt and we need a replacement for jenkins. Dre Moore just needs motivation and the coaches in carolina will motivate him. I'm happy cause I just got to second round talents in the third round.

From what limited knowledge I have of him, I don't get the impression that he'd fit at MLB in a Cover 2... but the Sporting News said a while back that he projects best in that role. That doesn't seem to be an opinion held by many, though.

But he can always move outside. And it seems the Lions and Colts have both shown interest in him, so he must fit in a Cover 2 somewhere. Plus, this makes me 3-3 in grabbing the BPA on my board.

With the 76th pick, the Detroit Lions select Philip Wheeler, MLB, Georgia Tech.

Marvin Lewis desperately needs good players with the ability to command respect in the locker room. He gets both with the selection of Roy Schuening OG, Oregon State. The guy isn't flashy but he plays aggressively with a good first step. Has a bit of versatility in that he played OT for the Beavers but I think he's best served playing inside. The Bengals have some uncertainty on the O-line beyond this year and Schuening made sense here for me.

Oh and I'm down for extra rounds. I'd like to just keep the one team though.

The Saints RUN to the podium and take an absolute STEAL in the middle of the 3rd round.

Center would have been a pure need pick - but it's too early to take one, IMO. Would have been nice to move Goodwin back to guard where he belongs, or at least have some depth behind him if he stayed in the middle.

This guy is by FAR the BPA on the board, and will give the Saints offense a dimension it's rarely had in past years - a TE who will force opposing defenses to acount for him. A true pass catcher, which will relegate Billy Miller to the blocking TE role, where he belongs.

This guy was 54th on our board, and we're thrilled to see him here at 78.

Anyway like people have been saying the QB for the vikes is horrible. If the could fuse Josh Johnson and Jackson they would be set. Woodson has the ability to be a very good QB but runs hot and cold and needs work taking snaps from under center. They took a gamble on chris johnson and were worried the guy they wanted wouldn't be there but the gamble paid off. with their second pick in the third round the panthers select DT Dre Moore from Maryland reason just as direkshun said panthers are great at developing dt and we need a replacement for jenkins. Dre Moore just needs motivation and the coaches in carolina will motivate him. I'm happy cause I just got to second round talents in the third round.

That doesn't seem to be an opinion held by many, though. But he can always move outside. And it seems the Lions and Colts have both shown interest in him, so he must fit in a Cover 2 somewhere. Plus, this makes me 3-3 in grabbing the BPA on my board. With the 76th pick, the Detroit Lions select Philip Wheeler, MLB, Georgia Tech.

Spicy McHaggis Keep 'er Movin' Join Date: Sep 2004 Casino cash: $9905359	Marvin Lewis desperately needs good players with the ability to command respect in the locker room. He gets both with the selection of Roy Schuening OG, Oregon State. The guy isn't flashy but he plays aggressively with a good first step. Has a bit of versatility in that he played OT for the Beavers but I think he's best served playing inside. The Bengals have some uncertainty on the O-line beyond this year and Schuening made sense here for me. Oh and I'm down for extra rounds. I'd like to just keep the one team though.

Center would have been a pure need pick - but it's too early to take one, IMO. Would have been nice to move Goodwin back to guard where he belongs, or at least have some depth behind him if he stayed in the middle. This guy is by FAR the BPA on the board, and will give the Saints offense a dimension it's rarely had in past years - a TE who will force opposing defenses to acount for him. A true pass catcher, which will relegate Billy Miller to the blocking TE role, where he belongs. This guy was 54th on our board, and we're thrilled to see him here at 78. The New Orleans Saints select, Dustin Keller, TE, Purdue. The Texans are on the clock.
