The following trades have effected the draft order:

Corey Williams to Cleveland for a R2 pick.

Shaun Rogers to Cleveland for a R3 pick.

Kris Jenkins to the Jets for a R3 pick.

Marcus Stroud to the Bills for a R3 pick.

Redskins to Broncos. The Washington Redskins traded their fourth-round selection in 2008, and their third-round selection in 2007 (used to select Ryan Harris) to the Denver Broncos as part of a three-team trade in which Washington received T.J. Duckett and Atlanta received Ashley Lelie. (This was the result of a formula which could have had Denver and Washington swapping 2007 first-round selections.)

Saints to Jets. The Saints traded their fourth-round selection in 2008 to the Jets, for Jonathan Vilma.

Jets to Panthers. The New York Jets traded their third-round and fifth-round selections to the Carolina Panthers in a deal that sent Kris Jenkins to New York.

Dolphins to Chiefs. Miami (conditionally) traded its fifth-round selection in 2008 to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for Trent Green. The selection would have become a fourth-round selection if Green had met certain performance criteria.

Bears to Bills. Chicago (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Buffalo in exchange for Darwin Walker. The round of the selection may change, depending on Walker's playing time.

Panthers to Bears. The Carolina Panthers traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Chicago in exchange for Chris Harris.

Raiders to Broncos. Oakland (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Denver in exchange for Gerard Warren.

Bills to Jaguars The Buffalo Bills traded a 3rd and 5th round selection to the Jacksonville Jaguars in return for DT Marcus Stroud.

Seahawks to Browns. The Seattle Seahawks traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Cleveland in exchange for Charlie Frye.[24]

Packers to Giants. The Green Bay Packers traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the New York Giants in exchange for running back Ryan Grant.

Broncos to Rams. Denver traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the St. Louis Rams for defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy.[26] The trade occurred after the Broncos had tried to trade the same pick to Miami for defensive tackle Dan Wilkinson; that trade was voided.

Browns to Eagles. Cleveland traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for center Hank Fraley. The trade was conditional on games started by Fraley, and could have fallen to a seventh-round pick, but Fraley started all 16 games.

Cowboys/Dolphins swap. The teams swapped their sixth-round selections in a trade involving Jason Ferguson.

Jaguars to Vikings. Jacksonville traded their sixth-round selection for Troy Williamson.

Texans to Broncos. Houston traded their sixth-round pick for Chris Myers.

Steelers to Falcons. The Pittsburgh Steelers traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Atlanta for kick/punt returner Allen Rossum.

Seahawks to Eagles. Seattle traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for fullback Josh Parry.

Eagles to Bills. Philadelphia traded their seventh-round selection in 2008, and defensive tackle Darwin Walker, to Buffalo for linebacker Takeo Spikes and quarterback Kelly Holcomb.

Rams to Vikings. St. Louis traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Minnesota for offensive tackle Adam Goldberg.

Giants to Chiefs. The New York Giants traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Kansas City for kicker Lawrence Tynes.

Vikings to Jets. Minnesota traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to the Jets in exchange for Brooks Bollinger.

Bengals to Rams. Cincinnati traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to St. Louis in exchange for Ryan Fitzpatrick.

Well at least this is the last full day we'll lose to crazycoffee.

Plus, Texans signed Quinn Gray to a 1-year deal. They now have 3 qbs capable of winning games in the NFL. Good pick on Johnson going to the Jags for excellent value as well.

The Packers still hav a couple really good RBs left on the board.

Mike Hart would be my choice, although he doesn't have Steve Slaton's physical gifts. I just think the Pack's RB situation is decent to begin with, but they need to slowly start replacing the personality void and leadership void left by Favre, and Hart is one of those bigger-than-life personalities that can provide a great emotional boost to your entire backfield. Plus, of course, he's a talented runner who can get real low to the ground and has an inscrutable record of taking care of the football.

Slaton, however, is if you're looking at straight physical tools. He's bigger and unbelievably fast, can block as well as he can return kicks. Just about a complete back.

we got a DB, OLB, and a QB, I don't know that they have to have a RB with the next pick, but that also depends who is still on your board, they need a DT and some youth on their O line, but that's just my .02 cents.

With CrazeyCoffey's (n00b of the year!) blessing....I'll make the pick for the Packers.

The Packers could go three different directions here.

They could draft a DT at this point after letting Corey Williams go to the Browns but they have a decent amount of depth and no one on the board really stands out to them.

They could draft a RB but I think that with the depth in this draft...they really don't HAVE to grab one right now. I think that Mike Hart is a little early in the 3rd round and a quality RB should be able to last until the 4th round. Plus they already drafted a RB last year in Brandon Jackson to help take some of the load off of Ryan Grant.

The one thing the Packers don't have right now is quality OT depth. You can never have enough good OTs on your roster and they'll use their 3rd round pick this year to help them in that area.

Truth be told, Grant is a lot better than his numbers indicate -- he was really only active after week eight. His numbers projected over a full season were 1,700 yards.

No I still think Moore would have been the better choice with your first third, but getting him with the second third was solid value at least. I'm not thrilled with the Johnson pick but at least he was solid value at that point...

There are like 10 things the Cowboys can do.

I think the best value for the Cowboys at this point would be go to with Craig Steltz at SS. Roy Williams' days are numbered and Steltz could probably afford the Cowboys to let the bastard go.

But if htis isn't nuts about signing Zach Thomas, I'd also consider the MLBs still left on the board, especially Goff, though he and Bell are a bit undersized for 3-4 ILB.

CB Trae Williams is also a good bargain at the bottom of the 3rd and the Cowboys have suddenly found themselves depleted after two of their backups have left in free agency and Henry just isn't that good.

Plus, Texans signed Quinn Gray to a 1-year deal. They now have 3 qbs capable of winning games in the NFL. Good pick on Johnson going to the Jags for excellent value as well.

Mike Hart would be my choice, although he doesn't have Steve Slaton's physical gifts. I just think the Pack's RB situation is decent to begin with, but they need to slowly start replacing the personality void and leadership void left by Favre, and Hart is one of those bigger-than-life personalities that can provide a great emotional boost to your entire backfield. Plus, of course, he's a talented runner who can get real low to the ground and has an inscrutable record of taking care of the football. Slaton, however, is if you're looking at straight physical tools. He's bigger and unbelievably fast, can block as well as he can return kicks. Just about a complete back.

The Packers could go three different directions here. They could draft a DT at this point after letting Corey Williams go to the Browns but they have a decent amount of depth and no one on the board really stands out to them. They could draft a RB but I think that with the depth in this draft...they really don't HAVE to grab one right now. I think that Mike Hart is a little early in the 3rd round and a quality RB should be able to last until the 4th round. Plus they already drafted a RB last year in Brandon Jackson to help take some of the load off of Ryan Grant. The one thing the Packers don't have right now is quality OT depth. You can never have enough good OTs on your roster and they'll use their 3rd round pick this year to help them in that area. The Green Bay Packers select Oniel Cousins, OT, U.T.E.P.

Major gamble but it paid off.

I think the best value for the Cowboys at this point would be go to with Craig Steltz at SS. Roy Williams' days are numbered and Steltz could probably afford the Cowboys to let the bastard go. But if htis isn't nuts about signing Zach Thomas, I'd also consider the MLBs still left on the board, especially Goff, though he and Bell are a bit undersized for 3-4 ILB. CB Trae Williams is also a good bargain at the bottom of the 3rd and the Cowboys have suddenly found themselves depleted after two of their backups have left in free agency and Henry just isn't that good.
