The following trades have effected the draft order:

Corey Williams to Cleveland for a R2 pick.

Shaun Rogers to Cleveland for a R3 pick.

Kris Jenkins to the Jets for a R3 pick.

Marcus Stroud to the Bills for a R3 pick.

Redskins to Broncos. The Washington Redskins traded their fourth-round selection in 2008, and their third-round selection in 2007 (used to select Ryan Harris) to the Denver Broncos as part of a three-team trade in which Washington received T.J. Duckett and Atlanta received Ashley Lelie. (This was the result of a formula which could have had Denver and Washington swapping 2007 first-round selections.)

Saints to Jets. The Saints traded their fourth-round selection in 2008 to the Jets, for Jonathan Vilma.

Jets to Panthers. The New York Jets traded their third-round and fifth-round selections to the Carolina Panthers in a deal that sent Kris Jenkins to New York.

Dolphins to Chiefs. Miami (conditionally) traded its fifth-round selection in 2008 to the Kansas City Chiefs in exchange for Trent Green. The selection would have become a fourth-round selection if Green had met certain performance criteria.

Bears to Bills. Chicago (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Buffalo in exchange for Darwin Walker. The round of the selection may change, depending on Walker's playing time.

Panthers to Bears. The Carolina Panthers traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Chicago in exchange for Chris Harris.

Raiders to Broncos. Oakland (conditionally) traded their fifth-round selection in 2008 to Denver in exchange for Gerard Warren.

Bills to Jaguars The Buffalo Bills traded a 3rd and 5th round selection to the Jacksonville Jaguars in return for DT Marcus Stroud.

Seahawks to Browns. The Seattle Seahawks traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Cleveland in exchange for Charlie Frye.[24]

Packers to Giants. The Green Bay Packers traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the New York Giants in exchange for running back Ryan Grant.

Broncos to Rams. Denver traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to the St. Louis Rams for defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy.[26] The trade occurred after the Broncos had tried to trade the same pick to Miami for defensive tackle Dan Wilkinson; that trade was voided.

Browns to Eagles. Cleveland traded their sixth-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for center Hank Fraley. The trade was conditional on games started by Fraley, and could have fallen to a seventh-round pick, but Fraley started all 16 games.

Cowboys/Dolphins swap. The teams swapped their sixth-round selections in a trade involving Jason Ferguson.

Jaguars to Vikings. Jacksonville traded their sixth-round selection for Troy Williamson.

Texans to Broncos. Houston traded their sixth-round pick for Chris Myers.

Steelers to Falcons. The Pittsburgh Steelers traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Atlanta for kick/punt returner Allen Rossum.

Seahawks to Eagles. Seattle traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Philadelphia for fullback Josh Parry.

Eagles to Bills. Philadelphia traded their seventh-round selection in 2008, and defensive tackle Darwin Walker, to Buffalo for linebacker Takeo Spikes and quarterback Kelly Holcomb.

Rams to Vikings. St. Louis traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Minnesota for offensive tackle Adam Goldberg.

Giants to Chiefs. The New York Giants traded their seventh-round selection in 2008 to Kansas City for kicker Lawrence Tynes.

Vikings to Jets. Minnesota traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to the Jets in exchange for Brooks Bollinger.

Bengals to Rams. Cincinnati traded their seventh-round pick in 2008 to St. Louis in exchange for Ryan Fitzpatrick.

When making your selection, please list the player's name, his position and the school he played for. Not everyone has the same level of knowledge about prospects, and this information will help people who want to research these players further.

Also, if you would, please tell us your reasoning for selecting the player you did. It doesn't have to be a novel, just give some insight on your thought process.

Let's have some fun.

Smith #122

That's one FULL round higher.

What's funny is that no one thought we needed a RB last year, either.

Smith ended up being a pretty smart pick. Why?

Because he was the BPA at the time at pick # 148.

Guess we should have picked OG Uche Nwaneri, OG Cameron Stevenson or OT Clint Oldenburg based solely on need.

I'm curious, did any of those guy play last year?
Just looked into the archives at the Huddle Report, and they had Kolby Smith rated #147 last year and Tashard Choice as #97

Almost TWO full rounds.

1st - I don't think there is any way KC passes on Long with the first pick. I would have taken Long, although Ellis was the 2nd best choice.

2nd - Devin Thomas. You can get a situational pass rusher on the 2nd day.

3rd - Eric Young or Chevis Jackson. I like both of them better than King. I'd probably go with Jackson since their is OG depth available

4th - McGlynn

5th - I probably would have taken Brian Johnston and then Richardson.

6th - Corey Lynch if he's available.

First I am not Carl Peterson

Because two boards have him and others don't doesn't automatically qualify him as not being very good.

A season ago, the UB coaching staff decided to move Scott from tight end – where he played his first two seasons – to defensive end. To say that was a good idea is an understatement. In his first season as a defensive end, Scott recorded nine sacks - the most by any player in Buffalo’s Division I-A history. He added 45 tackles, including a team-best 13.5 tackles for loss.

This season, Scott has 25 tackles, 9.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks. He has seven two-sack games in his career.

Mecca although you trashed my picks I'm gonna say I like the choice pick. We have his head coach, Gailey and his running back coach if he is really still on the board 3-6 rd you think we aren't gonna take a chance on him?

richardson is someone I was looking for and if he fell to me at my 6th I would have taken him.

Under the scenario that is playing out on this bb draft, I would have to agree with your selections for the Chiefs. Nice job!

That's a draft I could get behind.

Having an opinion doesnt make someone a tool, I thought thats why we're all here? Choice will probably make a nice backup. Its great he fell so far, as I said I still dont think he helps this team long term. Doesnt make me a "tool" or "not bright". I'm here to talk football because I love it and spend WAY to much with my nose glued to every sliver of info I can find. I'm not some kid trying to annoy someone by disagreeing. So I'm not a BPA guy. Detroit drafted BPA and got 3 first round WR's and I dont see them tearing up the playoffs.
