Just now watching the replay, like you, and te right side is still, far and away, the worst part of this team.

Goff is better than Adrain Jones, but better than bad does not equal good.

Richardson is simply not a RT.

The defense played pretty good aginst Adrian Peterson. Is it a coisidence that Bernard Pollard wasn't in and the chiefs played good aginst the run?

I can honestly say that I'm not sure Goff is better than Jones.

Niswanger looks like he's regressed, not improved.

The RT position is a cluster****.

Christ, even Brian Waters and Branden Albert looked shaky tonight.

It was 1 pre-season game. If you want Richardson to be the RT you're going to have to let him play atleast til week 4 or 5 to see what he is. Did you honestly not see this coming? The Vikes defense is awesome.

The Albert one baffled me he got Brian Robison not Jared Allen...I thought the OL would atleast look competent with 2 of Minnesota's best players not going.

2 of their starting 4...2 of the big 3, didn't suit up, that's where the issue comes.

What part of Jared Allen and Pat Williams not playing do you not understand?

I'm not worried about Richardson.

The fact that someone thought Mike Goff could still be effective and nothing was done to improve the center/RT positions is my main concern.

The "awesome" defense excuse means jack shit, considering we play 6 of the top 8 defenses from last year.

Get used to this.

Niswanger is still struggling with technique, but it's more about thinking about proper technique rather than bad technique.

And as bad as Goff looks, yes, he is still better than Jones.

As for Albert and Waters, I kind of expected this kind of struggle from them with Haley's conditioning.

They've lost the weight, but now they have to adjust to the weight loss.

Where did I say I expect the Chiefs offense to be awesome at? I said somewhere that it seems as though Pioli didn't do enough to upgrade the o-line. Atleast we have a mobile QB whos accurate this year and won't have to play a gimmick offense.

If that line is like that all year Cassel is either going to get injured or become so uncomfortable in the pocket it takes him years to overcome it.
