Simple as that.

Did they not move the ball better than they did the week before? against what I believe is a better defense... regardless what 2 lineman were missing. Its my opinion that minny has a better defense than Houston... apparently you think otherwise.

Its a new offense that all the players are learning.. apparently you expect this team to win 8 games or more. I on the other hand expect improvement from week to week..... This week was an improvement over last week..... Since they did score this week on an obviously better defense.

McBride needs to move back to DE if he wants to make the team IMO. The difference in athletic ability between Hali and McBride is as big as the Grand Canyon.

You are going to want to puke a lot this year. Seriously, if we crack the 5 yard line, who's your money player?

LJ...If it was still first team offense/defense, LJ would have scored. Hes the only redzone back we truly have.

It would be hard for Larry to score as his head/helmet would be jammed up the rectum of a Chiefs guard. I wonder if he closes his eyes when he runs...

You think teams are really gonna run a safety over the top when Bowe is split out wide on the goal line?

Hell even Randy Moss doesn't get that treatment.

Not sure if he thinks you're talking about the offense as a whole, or just the offensive line.

But either way, yeah he's serious. He's a protege of meccas. They hate everything Chiefs. Not sure who their team is. They must suck awfully bad though considering how much time they spend on this board. Might be raider fans.

Most people understand we have holes in our OL. But what we saw tonight was an improvement over the Houston game. I know OTW58 likes to talk out the side of his ass. Typical know it all.... done nothing...knows everything. He knows his football... knows the offense as a whole was better. Needs to stop trying to push peoples buttons to get a point across... even Raised by reeruns knows tonight was a better showing offensively against a vastly superior defensive team... regardless who was playing.

That.

Your O showed some nice flashes. So did your D. Against a team supposed to contend.

Don't worry about the end of the game. That wasn't your first-string offense. As bad as your O-line might have looked, with the #1s in and Cassel, Bowe, LJ, etc.,., chances are you get that yard in four attempts.

As for Farvrvrvurh, he didn't do anything but did show he might at least know where he's supposed to be aiming. His brain seems to know their offense. The question is, can his body follow the directions. If so, he might help them win some games, and since they were already probably going to win 9 or 10 he'll probably push them high enough to easily win that sad division. If their D and running game can make some noise, they'll be problematic for the NFC. But he's still a supreme douchebag.

I wholeheartedly agree with you. UT players are just soft and lack discipline.

My observations from a grainy laptop view of the game:

Our OL had moments of competence followed by mostly average play.

Haley/Gailey play calling set up some holes for the line. The end around was great.

Speaking of Lawrence, I see why he's still with the team just for that play. He could be a deep threat we need.

Cassel looked great. I was surprised how well he scrambled and threw accurately on the run.

LJ looked good when he had a bit of a hole.

Bowe was ALWAYS open! How does that happen and how long until he's double-teamed every week?

The 1st team defense played aggressively and put Favre on his butt.

All in all, I was happy with the game. We led at halftime which is all that counts in preseason.

The team as a whole looked improved ... The O looked OK but still O-line problems .. The D looked improved ... We contened with their 1st team ... We should have won that game but couldn't shove the D-line of the Vikes ... All in all we have improved ...
