Shame he foul hooked it, but at least he was honest about the fact.

Friend of mine foul hooked a hog of a trout down at Bennet Springs, everyone who saw it was telling him to keep it they wouldn't tell.

He told them all no, and released the fish, just as it swam away they all heard the voice of the game warden complementing my friend on his wise decision.

Did it right, releasing after a foul-hook. The fish story will have another sequel.

Wow, that is one fat Hog Bass. I have always thought the record would come out of Mirmar or Okechobee.
