So,
I'm lioving quite nicely with my life long pal and his wife, who basically refuse to let me "chip in" on living expences while i'm here, so my "bro" mentioned he's love a Gazebo in the garden for a nice place to relax, but caouldn't really afford the lumber..
No sweat!!
Last week a builder tossed out about a grand in building lumber (would have been more if I hadn't gotten to the pile first) beside the house i'm working on, and today I get the steal of a life time.
Somewhere around 60pc's of 2x6 all 7'-8' long.
Add that to the TWO full to the brim loads of 2x4, 2x6, 2x10's I already brought home...well you get the idea we have enough lumber.

I have a good idea of "rough carpentry", and as long as I have a half idea what i'm building, I can generally fumble through it.
Between the pair of us, we'll manage.
Any ideas of sites with free plans?
Been googling for about half an hour, can't really find what I need for refrence material.

Looking for something about say aprox 10x10 / 10x12 floor (yes I know their round) in area size.

Any good links or suggestions other than hire a contractor or antifreeze?

Plans? Plans are for commies. Draw it up on a cocktail napkin if you must, but even that is kind of pink.

unless your builder was using treated lumber (green) or cedar or redwood, your lumber is worthless for a gazebo.
