Gurley can go get raped, too.

I would draft him in the 3rd round, but he's going to get taken in the 1st round by some dipshit team. So I've written him off. He's dead to me.

Idiot. Gurley is definitely worth a 1st rounder.

I agree. Not impressed with his running at all. His running will not transition well to the NFL because he does not have that quick twitch type of quickness to the hole. For Gurley to be successful he will have to go to a team with a superior O-line that can open grand canyon type holes like the Chiefs O-line from 2002-2005. Hence why Larry Johnson got exposed and failed once our O-line went to mediocre and then LJ went elsewhere and failed. Gurley will not even be adequate with an average o-line whereas Gordon will still be good with an average o-line. This should tell you how special JC is because he has never played behind a great O-line. Can you imagine if he ran behind that 2002-2005 line ??? He would have the single season rushing records for sure IMO.

I'm OK with it..,people seem to think a rookie WR is going to solve KC's "no TD by a WR" BS. Wilson is going to be as good as anyone drafted in the 2nd round...in this system. It takes at least a year...I want KC to go all defense in the first 3 rounds. They arent that far away from being the top defense in the league. You pair that with with Smith not turning the ball over...you win a lot of games.

I notice that you say the word, "hole" quite a bit. Why do you think this is? Why do you always have holes on the mind? What is the significance of that? Do you like holes?

I don't know enough about him to be 'pissed' or have a meltdown, but just from reading our needs and BPA , and seeing what the more informed posters here on CP have to say about who we will draft....

It seems like it would be a surprise if that happened.

Thats why I went with meltdown, not because I personally would have a problem with it...although from what little I understand I would probably either do BPA , or snag a WR or a DE/pass rusher

Melvin Gordon won't be Jamaal Charles. He won't even be close.

This happens every year, especially with Wisconsin RBs. People say, "Look at this guy. He looks fantastic! He'll be a monster in the NFL," and then he ends up sucking.

Jamaal Charles is still ticking. We have Knile Davis. Sure, I hope we draft some RB depth, because you can never have enough. Thankfully this draft class is ****ing loaded with them deep into the draft. It makes zero sense to take one in the 1st, even for RB-desperate teams.

The RBs to come from Wisconsin have been abortions. They've been Penn State-level bad.

Wisconsin has actually produced decent NFL talent at a variety of positions. Even QB now, thanks to Russell Wilson.

They haven't had a RB enter the NFL who didn't suck eggs yet. Even Ron Dayne sucked. The last RB they had who was good was before him.

And that's a long time without producing any good RBs if you're a school that has a tradition of running the ball like they do.

James White looked good for the pats.

This is stupid. Yeah PSU RB's sucked and then came along Larry Johnson.

Gordon isn't Ball, White, or Dayne. He's going to be a damn good player.
