Media Best/Worst

Obviously there is some bias towards the media that seem slanted towards Mahomes/Chiefs, but I'm still wondering what the thoughts are on CP toward certain media personalities.

Who do you have for the best/worst?

I tend to lean towards the gents who break down plays and show some respect with knowledge. These dudes all have excellent Twitter feeds.
My Best:
Chris Simms
Dan Orlovsky
Brian Baldinger

Obviously these dudes are haters. They may be taking the opposite side just to debate, but they are fools.
My Worst:
Skip Bayless
Eric Mangini
Deion Sanders

the list is so long for "worst". to the point where you have to wonder how the hell these guys have jobs.

I watched some clip last night where Nick Wright just absolutely shut down Manginin. Eric was saying something to the effect "yea, but pat played poorly for 3.5 qtrs". Nick qucikly shot back "Who care....he responded. do you not remember last years AFCCG? Tom Brady was awful, but he won with the final drive and we're talking how great Tom is" watching Mangini's face was awesome.

Bayliss, is the king of the morons though. Deion is awful, I think he might e reeruned.. Irvin isn't bad when he keeps it under control.

ones I like: Louis Riddick, Bucky Brooks......I've actually grown to like Moss. ...Eisen is a pro, though I consider him more of a moderator most times..

She grew up in the STL area, and her family are Chiefs fans.

Tim Hasselbeck is another hater, while Matt loves him because of the Reid connection

Problem is some of these shows are so scripted imo you cant take them seriously, Skip knows if he talks about The Patriots,Cowboys and hates on popular stars like Lebron, Rodgers and now Pat he will become divisive and more people will tune in.

Sam with Max on first take, he goes way over board on Mahomes to do the same thing.

They are basically Jerry Springer with Sports, there the annoy and entertain

Simms and Baldy are my favourite as they provide actually insight and try to educate people on the game.

I have a fairly low tolerance for bullshit. I won’t listen to anyone who will resort to spewing hot takes. I’ve eliminated most sports media from my life. Here’s the list of media I consume.

Ryen Russillo podcast
Bill Simmons podcast (when he talks about football)
Chris Simms podcast (recap only - **** Florio)
SVP Sportcenter sometimes if I catch the game before.

I’ve eliminated all the rest of it.

This is a sound plan.
It sucks that now almost all sort media is the debate /not take/screaming/cross talk format.

Stephen A....my god. Dude has hot take on. ANY sport. Gimme a break.

Great list. They aren’t talented actors, so the have to actually work and stick to what they know.
