They won't be fired up. Regardless of Baker's feelings of whether he approves or disapproves of Haley being gone he still will have to begin learning a new playbook this week. He'll be in a good mood for sure
The only thing I can see Baker being fired up for is to beat Mahomes since Mahomes was the one who sent Baker and his daddy packing for OU from Texas Tech. |

I'm guessing Saunders, but eventually Zambesi. But overall a bizarre move. Seems this was to soften the blow to hue for getting fired. Wouldn't surprise me at all if Haslam had a hand in this. Bizarre how much pull Hue had with him.
But this seems ideal for the Chiefs going into Sunday. |

You can fire hue for incompetence especially after that shit show this week. Not promoting haley to HC is punishment enough. That would have looked a hell of a lot less dysfunctional. I think hue stayed this year because of haslem. And I'd bet firing haley had a lot to do with giving cause for firing a coach Haslam didn't want to fire.
