Okay - luck changed.

First thing this morning I noticed my truck making a nasty noise. Took it into my tranny guy. It was nothing. Fixed it. No charge.

Then found out the $1600 damage to that truck I hit last week can be fixed by my body man for $1200. Plus my bodyman has some work for me to offset the cost of the damage.

Among about a half dozen other positive things that have happened today.

For whatever it's worth, this thread is an effort to invoke positive change in my life. Rather than always bitching about all the shitty things, I figured I'd try an alternate method. I'll let y'all know how it turns out.

Nah - that's another lucky thing for me.... I wasn't golfing with her and didn't lose any money. I really can't believe that happened. Blows my mind. She drops an ace on her 3rd round?!?!? I'll bet she shot 150 on the rest of the course.

Qui-Gon Jinn said it best:

QUI-GON : Don't center on your anxiety, Obi-Wan. Keep your concentration
here and now where it belongs.

OBI-WAN : Master Yoda says I should be mindful of the future...

QUI-GON : .....but not at the expense of the moment. Be mindful of the
living Force, my young Padawan

Phil & Pink, that's good to hear for both of you.

You are correct about expecting the good out of every situation.... even if it is negative for Delt!!!!

Since your sister got her ace, does this mean you're paying for everyones round of golf in lieu of her being around?
